(a). The leases of lots Nos. 2429, 2433, 2460, 2336, 2424, 2343 & 799, S.D. IV to be surrendered to Government and the existing buildings on these lots and also on lots 2335 & 2337 to be removed within six months from date of acceptance of termos.

(b). Two Inland Lots as shown coloured red on plan and containing about 5915 and 4437 sq. ft. respectively to be granted in exchange for the lots coloured blue and yellow on plan and the buildings at

present on the lots coloured blue and green.

(c). Term of lease 75 years commencing from 1st. day of July, 1898, renewable for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re- -assessed Crown Rent.

(d). The lessee to pay into the Colonial Treasury within 7 days of the date of acceptance of these terms the sum of $105.40 being

premium at the rate of 4 cents per square foot for 2,635 sq. ft.

of building land granted in exchange for Agricultural Lot No. 799,

S.D. IV, coloured yellow. This area (2,635 sq. ft.) is 55% of the

area of the agricultural lot, this being the usual basis for such

exchanges.

(e). Crown Rent at the rate of $200 per acre per annum commencing

from date of acceptance of these terms.

(f). The lessee to form the areas coloured red and brown on plan

to such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve within

12 months of the date of acceptance of these terms. The areas

coloured brown to be handed over to Government free of cost on

completion.

(g). The lessee to expend a sum of not less than $7,000 on buildings upon some portion of the lots within 24 months of date of acceptance of these terms.

(h). The lessee to pay into the Colonial Treasury within one week

of date of acceptance of these terms the sum of $24.00 for boundary stones which will be supplied and fired by the Director

of Public Works.

(i). The lessee to pay to the Land Officer, when called upon to

the sum of $60.00 for two Crom Leases.

(j). The exact boundaries of the lots to be determined before
